摘要
本文探讨了成品锯除尘系统的设计方法,为使粉尘排放浓度满足中国排放标准,采用了“旋风+袋式”除尘技术,然后建立了其三维虚拟样机模型。通过使用CFD流体分析软件对整个模型进行仿真分析,获得了该除尘系统内部流场的分布特性,所得到的风管流体参数结果也为风机选型提供了理论依据。进一步的结构优化表明,通过给吸尘罩增加分支管路和在收尘箱中加入导流板,使系统中的速度分布更加合理,从而提高该除尘系统的收屑能力。
In this paper,the design method of the ready-made saw dedusting system is discussed,and the“cyclone+bag”dedusting technology is adopted to make the dust emission concentration meet the Chinese emission standards,and then its three-dimensional virtual prototype model is established.By using CFD fluid analysis software to simulate and analyze the whole model,the distribution characteristics of the internal flow field of the dedusting system are obtained,and the obtained results of the air duct fluid parameters also provide a theoretical basis for fan selection.Further structural optimization shows that by adding branch pipes to the dust hood and adding a deflector to the dust collection box,the speed distribution in the system is more reasonable,so as to improve the chip collection capacity of the dedusting system.
