摘要
高职教师培训多元协同模型由高职院校、高职教师、培训基地和教育行政部门等利益相关者组成,具有综合性、开放性和混合性的特点。利益相关者各方通过非线性相互作用,经过多次输入—传送—转化,不断地反馈、改进、调整,使整个模型由无序走向有序,从而达到最优的培训管理效果。利益相关者协同互动机制主要表现在培训需求调研、培训项目规划、培训方案制定、培训项目实施、培训质量评估、培训过程反思等高职教师培训全过程。
The multi collaborative model for vocational teacher training is composed of stakeholders such as vocational colleges,vocational teachers,training bases,and educational administrative departments,and has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,openness,and mixing.Through nonlinear interactions among stakeholders,multiple inputs,transfers,and transformations,and continuous feedback,improvement,and adjustment,the entire model moves from disorder to order,achieving the optimal training management effect.Stakeholder collaborative interaction mainly manifests in the entire process of vocational teacher training,including training demand research,training project planning,training plan formulation,training project implementation,training quality evaluation,and reflection on the training process.
