摘要
陆路交通与经济的协调关系问题是影响江苏省高质量发展的重要问题。综合运用加权时间成本法、修正引力模型和耦合协调度模型,分别测度江苏省高速铁路、高速公路可达性与城市经济的耦合协调度,分析不同陆路交通条件下相关指标的空间分布特征。研究结果表明,江苏省高速铁路、高速公路可达性与经济的协调度均值分别为0.6568和0.6830,江苏省陆路交通可达性与城市经济总体为中度协调,呈南高北低的空间分布格局。其中,苏锡常的耦合协调度高达0.9以上,为高度协调;南京、镇江、扬州的协调度集中在0.6~0.8之间,呈中度协调;徐州、宿迁、淮安和盐城的协调度集中在0.5~0.6之间,为轻度协调;泰州和连云港的高铁可达性与其经济处于轻度失调状态。针对协调水平不同的城市,提出侧重点不同的发展对策,以助推江苏省高质量发展。
The coordinated relationship between land traffic and economy is an important problem affecting the high quality development of Jiangsu Province.The weighted time cost method,modified gravity model and coupling coordination degree model were comprehensively applied.The coupling coordination degree between the accessibility of high-speed railway and highway and urban economy in Jiangsu Province were respectively measured.And the spatial distribution characteristics of related indicators under the two kinds of land traffic conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the average coordination degree between high-speed rail accessibility and urban economy was 0.6568,which was 0.6830 between highway accessibility and urban economy.The overall coordination between land traffic accessibility and economy in Jiangsu Province was at a medium level,and the spatial distribution pattern was high in the south and low in the north.Thereinto,the coupling coordination degrees of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou were above 0.9,showing high coordination;the coordination degrees of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou were concentrated between 0.6 and 0.8,showing moderate coordination;and the coordination degrees of Xuzhou,Suqian,Huai'an and Yancheng were concentrated between 0.5 and 0.6,which is mild coordination.The coordination relationship between the high-speed railway accessibility and urban economy was a state of mild disorder in Taizhou and Lianyungang.Aiming at the cities with different coordination levels,the development countermeasures with different emphasis were proposed to boost the high-quality development of Jiangsu.
