全球大变局下进一步深化中国与欧盟科技创新合作的对策思考

Research on Strengthening the Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation Between China and EU in New Era

中美竞争、俄乌冲突和新冠疫情等加剧了国际关系的深刻变化,我国融入全球科技创新网络并与发达国家和地区开展科技创新合作面临严峻挑战。文章分析了中国与欧盟科技创新合作现状,展望新一轮“地平线欧洲”计划框架下中国与欧盟合作,并提出深化合作的几点对策。

The competition between China and the Unitde States,the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,and the COVID-19 pandemie have intensifide profoud changes in internatinonal relations,the importance of cooperation between China and EU is highlighted,and there is much room for win-win cooperation.This paper analyzes the current situation of the scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and EU,looks forward to the cooperation between China and EU under the framework of the new round of“Horizon Europe”plan,and puts forward some suggestions to deepen the cooperation.
