2021年广西壮族自治区6城市理发店健康危害因素监测结果分析

Monitoring results of health hazard factors at barbershops in 6 cities of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,China,2021

目的了解广西壮族自治区理发店的卫生基本状况,掌握其主要健康危害因素,评估健康风险,为进一步加强公共场所卫生管理和提升传染病防控能力提供依据。方法于2021年在广西壮族自治区选择6个监测城市共63家理发店开展室内环境质量和公共用品用具健康危害因素监测。结果2021年共监测广西壮族自治区6个城市63家理发店,采集各类样本共计4130份。本次监测理发店室内空气质量各项监测指标的合格率在50.00%~100.00%之间,其中噪声、相对湿度和PM_(2.5)的合格率较低,分别为50.00%、75.00%和86.82%;公共用品用具细菌总数合格率在66.17%~94.78%之间,其中毛巾细菌总数合格率最低,为66.17%;毛巾pH值合格率也相对较低,为70.00%;公共用品用具大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌监测中除毛巾的大肠菌群合格率为99.67%外,其余合格率均为100.00%。结论广西壮族自治区理发店卫生状况总体良好,但噪声、相对湿度、PM_(2.5)、毛巾pH值及公共用品用具细菌总数监测结果合格率较低,存在一定健康隐患,建议进一步加强理发店卫生监管力度。

Objective To investigate the basic health status of barbershops in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,China,evaluate the health risks according to the main health hazard factors,and provide a basis for further strengthening the health management in public places and enhancing the prevention and control ability of infectious disease.Methods In 2021,63 barbershops in 6 cities of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomens Region were selected to monitor health hazard factors in indoor air quality and public articles.Results A total of 4130 samples were collected from the 63 barbershops in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2021.The qualified rates of indoor air quality indices ranged from 50.00%to 100.00%,among which the qualified rates of noise,relative humidity and PM_(2.5) were relatively low,which were 50.00%,75.00%,and 86.82%,respectively.The qualified rates of total bacterial count on public articles ranged from 66.17%to 94.78%,with towels having the lowest qualified rate of 66.17%.Towels also showed a relatively low qualified rate of pH(70.00%).For coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus on public articles,the qualified rates were 100.00% except for coliform bacteria on towels(99.67%).Conclusion The health status of barbershops in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is generally good.However,the qualified rates are relatively low for noise,relative humidity,PM_(2.5),pH of towels,and total bacteria count on public articles.These factors pose health risks and we suggest further strengthening the supervision of health status in barbershops.
