姑息性放疗联合三阶梯止痛原则对非小细胞肺癌骨转移痛患者疼痛程度及生命质量的影响

Effect of Palliative Radiation and Three-step Pain Relief on Pain Degree and Quality of Life in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨姑息性放疗联合三阶梯止痛原则在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)骨转移痛患者中的应用价值。方法选择2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的NSCLC骨转移痛患者74例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组(37例)予以三阶梯止痛原则治疗,研究组(37例)给予姑息性放疗+三阶梯止痛原则,均持续治疗4周。比较两组疼痛程度、生命质量及不良反应。结果研究组治疗后疼痛程度轻于对照组,癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)评分(84.37±9.46)分,高于对照组的(73.15±7.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姑息性放疗联合三阶梯止痛原则能够有效缓解NSCLC骨转移痛患者疼痛,提高其生命质量,且不良反应较少,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the value of palliative radiotherapy and three-step pain relief in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 74 patients with NSCLC bone metastasis admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021,which were divided into control and research groups according to randomized digital table.The control group(37 cases)was treated with triple analgesia,and the research group(37 cases)gave+for palliative radiotherapy,all continuously for 4 weeks.Comparing two groups of pain,quality of life and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the pain level in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the score on the Quality of Life Scale(FACT-G)for cancer patients was(84.37±9.46)points,which was higher than that of the control group(73.15±7.22)points(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than in the control,and the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The principle of palliative radiotherapy and three-step pain relief can effectively relieve the pain of NSCLC bone metastasis and have few adverse reactions,which is worth clinical application.
