不同供氮水平下晋荞麦3号的生长相关性分析

摘要 为了探索不同供氮水平对晋荞麦3号产量和品质的影响,得到在晋北地区甜荞种植的最适施氮量。设置了7个供氮水平:0 kg/hm^(2)(N0)、对照45 kg/hm^(2)(N 45)、90 kg/hm^(2)(N 90)、135 kg/hm^(2)(N 135)、180 kg/hm^(2)(N 180)、225 kg/hm^(2)(N 225)和270 kg/hm^(2)(N 270),研究了不同供氮水平下晋荞麦3号的物候期、生长指标、产量及产量性状以及品质的变化规律。结果表明:增施氮肥会延长晋荞麦3号的生育期;随着供氮量的增加,株高、茎粗、一级分支数、主茎节数和叶面积均呈先升后降的趋势;单株粒数、单株粒重和千粒重3个产量性状随氮肥施用量的增加也呈先增后降的趋势,晋荞麦3号的产量在供氮量为180 kg/hm^(2)时最高达到1672.5 kg/hm^(2),比供氮量为45 kg/hm^(2)的对照增产35.6%;随供氮量的增加,品质指标粗蛋白、粗淀粉、粗脂肪、膳食纤维以及总黄酮含量整体呈先升后降的趋势。综合所有试验结果得出,180 kg/hm^(2)为晋荞麦3号的最适供氮量。 In this study aimed to determine the optimal nitrogen application amount for sweet buckwheat cultivation in the north Shanxi by investigating the effects of different nitrogen application levels on the yield and quality of Jin Qiaomai 3. Seven nitrogen application levels, including 0 kg/hm^(2)(N 0), 45kg/hm^(2) (N 45), 90 kg/hm^(2) (N 90), 135 kg/hm^(2) (N 135), 180 kg/hm^(2) (N 180), 225 kg/hm^(2) (N 225) and 270 kg/hm^(2) (N 270), and the changes in the phenological period, growth index, yield and yield traits and quality of Jin Qiaomai 3 at different nitrogen application levels were studied. The results showed that increasing nitrogen fertilizer prolonged the growth period of Jin Qiaomai 3. The plant height, stem thickness, number of first-order branches, number of main stem nodes and leaf area showed a rising trend at first and then a falling trend with the increase of nitrogen application,while the grain number per plant, grain weight per plant and 1 000-grain weigh also showed a increasing trend at first and then a decreasing trend with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application.The yield of Jin Qiaomai 3 reached a maximum of 1 672.5 kg/hm^(2) with nitrogen application level of 180 kg/hm^(2), which was 35.6% higher than that of nitrogen application of 45 kg/hm^(2);The quality index for crude protein, crude starch, crude fat, dietary fiber and total flavonoid content showed a rising trend at first and then a falling trend with the increase of nitrogen application.Therefore,the optimal nitrogen supply for Jin Qiaomai 3 is 180 kg/hm^(2).
