摘要
以黄芩种子为材料,将中性盐NaCl和碱性盐Na2CO3按1:1比例混合用于模拟盐碱胁迫。并设置浓度梯度为20、40、60、80 mmol/L,以蒸馏水为对照,将发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及胚芽长和胚根长作为考察指标,探究在混合盐碱胁迫下黄芩种子的耐盐碱能力及其变化规律。结果表明,随着总盐浓度的升高,黄芩种子的各项指标总体呈现下降的趋势,且对胚芽的抑制作用强于胚根,但低盐浓度对黄芩种子萌发的影响并不明显,说明黄芩具有一定的耐盐碱能力。试验初步探讨了黄芩种子萌发期的耐盐碱程度,对盐碱地及沙区土地资源的充分利用具重要意义。
In this study, we investigated the effects of mixed saline-alkali stress on the seed germination of Scutellaria baicalensis. Using a 1:1 ratio of NaCl (neutral salt) to Na2CO3 (basic salt), we created a saline-alkali stress environment with concentrations of 20, 40, 60, and 80 mmol/L. Clear water was used as a control, we measured the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, germ length, and radicle length as indicators of salt-alkali tolerance, and the change in tolerance under mixed salt-alkali stress. Results showed that the indicators of Scutellaria baicalensis seed germination decreased with the increase of total salt concentration.Salt concentration had a stronger inhibitory effect on the embryo than on the radicle. However, low salt concentrations did not significantly affect seed germination, indicating that Scutellaria baicalensis had a certain salt-alkali tolerance. These findings are significant for the full utilization of land resources in salt- alkali land and sandy area.
