摘要
本文探究了桑叶硒含量与土壤硒含量之间的关系,为富硒桑叶的开发与利用提供参考。选择安康市部分地区的桑叶及对应的土壤,对硒含量进行检测。结果表明,桑叶硒含量为0.0153~0.2896 mg/kg,对应的土壤的硒含量为0.2506~1.6146 mg/kg。对桑叶和土壤硒含量进行回归分析,发现增加土壤的硒含量,可使部分区域的桑叶硒含量升高,但不适用于所有区域,部分区域中二者呈现负相关,说明桑叶对硒的利用,除与土壤硒含量有关,还与其他条件有关。硒富集系数的差异也说明生长在不同土壤条件下的桑叶,其富集硒的能力也是不一样的。
This study investigated the relationship between selenium content in mulberry leaves and soil in ankang of China to facilitate the the development and utilization of selenium-rich mulberry leaves.The selenium content in mulberry leaves and corresponding soil in some areas of Ankang were analyzed,and it was found that the selenium content in mulberry leaves was 0.0153~0.2896 mg/kg,while the corresponding selenium content in soil was 0.2506~1.6146 mg/kg.Regression analysis of data showed that the selenium content in mulberry leaves increased in some areas with increase of selenium content in soil,but a negative correlation was observed in other areas.Thus,it was concluded that the selenium utilization of mulberry leaves was influenced by various factors,and not solely by soil selenium content.
