GE64排CT胸痛三联征扫描方案对急性胸痛的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of GE64 Rows CT Chest Pain Triad Scanning Scheme for Acute Chest Pain

目的 分析GE64排螺旋CT胸痛三联征扫描方案对急性胸痛的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析在我院行GE64排螺旋CT胸痛三联征CT血管造影(CTA)检查的80例急性胸痛患者影像数据,对患者的主动脉、肺动脉、肺部等各个组织结构进行重建并结合临床诊断,同时对图像质量进行等级评分。结果 80例患者中,63例患者为心血管源性胸痛,其中37例患有冠状动脉病变, 14例为主动脉夹层,10例为肺动脉栓塞,2例为心包炎;9例为非心血管源性胸痛,其中4例为气胸,3例为胸膜炎,1例为食管疾病,1例为肺部感染;8例(10%)患者未见异常。结论 应用GE64排螺旋CT可以及时、准确的提示急性胸痛患者病因,对于该类患者临床诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的意义。

Objective To analysis the diagnostic value of the GE64-row spiral CT chest pain triple scan protocol for acute chest pain.Methods The image data of 80 patients with acute chest pain who underwent GE64-slice spiral CT triple chest pain CT angiography(CTA)in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The tissue structures of the patients such as aorta,pulmonary artery and lung were reconstructed and combined with clinical diagnosis.Meanwhile,the image quality was graded.Results Among the 80 patients,63 patients had cardiovascular chest pain,including 37 patients with coronary artery disease,14 patients with aortic dissection,10 patients with pulmonary embolism,and 2 patients with pericarditis.9 cases of chest pain were non-cardiovascular,including 4 cases of pneumothorax,3 cases of pleurisy,1 case of esophageal disease,and 1 case of pulmonary infection.No abnormality was observed in 8 patients(10%).Conclusion GE64-slice spiral CT can timely and accurately indicate the etiology of acute chest pain,which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these patients.
