基于双等强度简支梁的FBG振动传感器理论研究

摘要 建立基于双等强度简支梁增敏结构的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)振动传感器加速度灵敏度理论模型和固有频率理论模型,利用有限元法(FEM)分析验证理论正确性,并讨论了参数对FBG振动传感器加速度灵敏度和固有频率的影响规律。结果表明:固有频率的FEM解与理论解的误差在2%以内;固有频率随简支梁厚度、宽度和长度的增大而增大;理论模型具有较高的可靠性,对其开发应用具有一定的参考价值。 Theoretical model and natural frequency theoretical model for fiber Bragg grating(FBG)vibration sensor acceleration sensitivity based on double equal strength simply supported beam are established.FEM is adopted to verify correctness of this theoretical model,and the laws of influence of parameters on the acceleration sensitivity and natural frequency are discussed.The result shows that the error between the FEM solution of the natural frequency and the theoretical solution is less than 2%;the natural frequency increases with the increases of the beam thickness,width and length of simply supported beam;the theoretical model have high reliability,which has a certain reference value for its development and application.
