摘要
针对相关公司设计的隧道清筛车车架结构,为提高设计效率,降低研发成本,同时满足铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范标准相关要求,文章采用有限元法对车架结构垂向静载、纵向拉伸及压缩工况下进行仿真分析。首先对车架整备状态下进行垂向刚度计算,其结果小于标准要求值,满足标准要求;然后又对车架进拉伸、压缩工况下进行强度分析,两种工况下最大应力值均小于材料许用应力值,满足标准要求。
In view of the frame structure of the tunnel screening vehicle designed by relevant companies,in order to improve the design efficiency,reduce research and development costs,and meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of the railway vehicle strength design and test appraisal standard,this paper uses the finite element method to carry out the simulation analysis and calculation of the frame structure under the vertical static load,longitudinal tension and compression conditions.Firstly,the vertical stiffness of the frame is calculated under the condition of frame preparation,and the result is less than the standard requirement value,which meets the standard requirements.Then,the strength analysis of the frame under tensile and compression conditions is carried out.The maximum stress values under two working conditions are less than the allowable stress value of the material,which meets the standard requirements.
