高速公路路面大中修工程中微表处施工技术的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Micro-surfacing Construction Technology in Large and Medium Expressway Pavement Repair Project

在经济社会不断发展的背景下,我国高速公路交通数量与日俱增,但随之也出现了车辙、裂缝坑槽及麻面等路面损坏现象,亟待进行维修与养护。文章结合某高速公路路面大中修工程案例,分析微表处施工技术的应用,主要从配合比设计与放样、装料、摊铺、养护等施工要点,以及施工注意事项等方面进行分析,最后分析该高速公路路面大中修工程中微表处施工技术的应用效果。实践表明,微表处施工技术在高速公路路面大中修工程中具有良好的应用前景。

Under the background of continuous economic and social development,the number of expressway traffic in China is increasing day by day,but there are also pavement damage such as ruts,cracks,potholes and pockmarks,which need to be repaired and maintained urgently.Based on the case of a large and medium expressway pavement repair project,this paper analyzes the application of micro-surfacing construction technology,mainly from the aspects of mix ratio design and lofting,loading,paving,maintenance and other construction points,as well as construction precautions.Finally,the application effect of micro-surfacing construction technology in the large and medium expressway pavement repair project is analyzed.The practice shows that the micro-surfacing construction technology has a good application prospect in the large and medium expressway pavement repair project.
