摘要
随着城市地铁建设的飞速发展,城区内地铁线路越来越错综复杂,不可避免地会对周围建筑物产生影响。为确保施工及周边建构筑物自身安全,主要通过调整车站或出入口位置、优化支护和结构形式、控制施工过程等系列措施,使工程安全顺利完成。基于此,文章以武汉市轨道交通5号线三角路站4号出入口近接老旧房屋施工项目为依托,就出入口在长江Ⅰ级阶地、地下水位高、结构近接老旧房屋等复杂条件下的施工方法进行分析,通过优化设计方案、严控降水、限时开挖支护等综合措施,进行工法和经验总结,对后续类似工程施工提出指导性意见。
With the rapid development of urban subway construction,the subway lines in urban areas are becoming more and more complicated,which will inevitably affect surrounding buildings.In order to ensure the safety of the construction and surrounding buildings,a series of measures such as adjusting the position of the station or the entrance and exit,optimizing the support and structural form,and controlling the construction process are adopted to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the project.Based on this,this paper relies on the construction project adjacent to old houses of the No.4 entrance and exit of Sanjiao Road Station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 5,and analyzes the construction methods of the entrance and exit under complex conditions such as locating on the class I terrace of the Yangtze River,high groundwater level,and structure adjacent to old houses.Through comprehensive measures such as optimizing design schemes,strictly controlling precipitation,and timelimited excavation and support,the construction methods and experience are summarized to provide guidance for subsequent similar engineering construction.
