钢结构桥梁高强螺栓松动监测系统分析与应用

摘要 高强螺栓连接是目前公路钢结构桥梁普遍采用的连接方式之一,且其使用数量较多。针对公路钢结构桥梁高强螺栓松动实时监测难题,以及人工检查工作量大、安全风险高和不及时等问题,文章对钢结构桥梁螺栓松动监测系统进行分析,研究了该系统软硬件组成及功能,并分析了钢结构桥梁螺栓松动监测系统现场安装步骤,最后依托某钢结构桥进行了工程应用,应用结果表明,应用螺栓松动监测系统可实现对螺栓预紧力和松动角度的远程监控与可视化管理。 High-strength bolt connection is one of the commonly used connection methods for highway steel structure bridges at present,and it is used in a large number.Aiming at the problem of real-time monitoring of highstrength bolt looseness in highway steel structure bridges,as well as the problems of heavy workload,high safety risk and untimely manual inspection,this paper analyzes the bolt looseness monitoring system of steel structure bridges,studies the software and hardware composition and function of the system,and analyzes the on-site installation steps of the bolt looseness monitoring system of steel structure bridges.Finally,the engineering application is carried out based on a steel structure bridge.The application results show that the application of bolt looseness monitoring system can realize remote monitoring and visual management of bolt pre-tightening force and loosening angle.
