南中高速公路TJ04合同段箱梁环形生产线工效分析 被引量:1

摘要 近些年,预制箱梁在我国公路桥梁中大规模使用,相较于其他类型预制梁,预制箱梁具有可批量生产、标准化程度高、质量控制好、施工进度快、施工成本低、结构性能优越等优点。难点主要体现为施工工序烦琐复杂、施工管理难度高。基于此,文章基于南中高速公路TJ04合同段,结合预制箱梁施工特点建立环形生产线,拟解决预制箱梁生产中交叉作业繁多、部分工序耗时较长等问题。工效对比分析表明,环形生产工艺制造一片梁较传统方法节省工时136 h(养护节省126 h,其他工序节省10 h)。总体而言,环形生产线预制箱梁能够优化作业流程、提高生产效率、降低施工成本。 In recent years,prefabricated box girders have been widely used in highway bridges in China.Compared with other types of prefabricated girders,prefabricated box girders have the advantages of mass production,high standardization,good quality control,fast construction progress,low construction cost and superior structural performance.The difficulties are mainly reflected in the complicated construction process and difficult construction management.Based on this,this paper is based on the TJ04 contract section of Nanzhong Expressway,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated box girder construction to establish a ring production line,which is intended to solve the problems of numerous cross-operations and long time consuming of some processes in the production of prefabricated box girders.The comparative analysis of work efficiency shows that the ring production process saves 136 h(126 h for maintenance and 10 h for other processes)compared with the traditional method.In general,the prefabricated box girder of the ring production line can optimize the operation process,improve the production efficiency and reduce the construction cost.
