高职院校思政教育背景下劳动教育开展策略探析

Analysis on the Development Strategy of Labor Education under the Background of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国教育以培育综合全面发展的人才为目标,思想道德、价值观教育作为综合人才不可缺少的一部分,也是我国教育工作的重点之一。近年来,随着“立德树人”“五育并举”等教育思想的提出,思政教育受到了更多的关注。高职院校作为向社会输送实用性人才的基地,更应重视思政教育。劳动教育是新时代思政教育的重要组成部分,基于此,文章着眼于教学实践,分析高职院校劳动教育内涵,以及高职院校劳动教育重要性,包括树立劳动观念、培育实践能力、提升高职教育价值,然后进一步高职院校思政教育背景下劳动教育开展策略,提出建立劳动教育体系、营造劳动教育环境、丰富劳动教育途径等策略,希望能够为高职教学提供参考与帮助。

China's education aims at cultivating talents with comprehensive and all-round development.As an indispensable part of comprehensive talents,moral and value education is also one of the key points of China's education work.In recent years,ideological and political education has received more attention with the introduction of educational ideas such as"infostering virtues through education"and"educating five domains simultaneously".As a base for delivering practical talents to the society,higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to ideological and political education.Labor education is an important part of ideological and political education in the new era.Based on this,this paper focuses on teaching practice,analyzes the connotation and importance of labor education in higher vocational colleges,including establishing labor concepts,cultivating practical ability,and enhancing the value of higher vocational education.Then,it proposes the development strategy of labor education under the background of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,such as establishing a labor education system,creating a labor education environment,and enriching labor education methods,hoping to provide reference and help for higher vocational teaching.
