Research on the Integrated Development of BIM Technology and Prefabricated Construction Technology

在大数据时代背景下,装配式建筑与信息技术融合发展逐渐成为建筑行业发展主流方向。基于此,文章首先阐述BIM技术与装配式建造技术融合的作用,然后分析两者融合发展现状,最后结合多年实践经验和思考提出促进BIM技术与装配式建造技术融合发展的具体策略,即要健全技术标准,完善建筑行业规则体系;制定BIM标准,优化装配式建筑设计全过程;加强后勤管理,实现成本预算精细化管理,以期推动建筑行业向智能建造方向发展。

In the era of big data,the integrated development of prefabricated buildings and information technology has gradually become the mainstream of the development of the construction industry.Based on this,this paper first expounds the role of the integration of BIM technology and prefabricated construction technology,then analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of the two technologies,and finally puts forward specific strategies to promote the integrated development of BIM technology and prefabricated construction technology based on years of practical experience and thinking.That is,improving technical standards and the rule system of the construction industry,formulating BIM standards and optimizing the whole process of prefabricated building design,strengthening logistics management and achieving fine management of cost budget,in order to promote the development of the construction industry in the direction of intelligent construction.
