云南星云湖径流区西部修复区历史遗留矿山生态修复研究

Research on Ecological Restoration of Historical Mines in the Western Restoration Area of Xingyun Lake Runoff Area in Yunnan Province

抚仙湖流域山水林田湖草生态保护修复—星云湖径流区矿山环境治理恢复工程项目是云南省历史遗留矿山修复设计的首批试点项目,其中西部修复区规模最大、实施效益最好。文章从环境特征、修复思路、修复布局及修复措施四方面,对星云湖径流区西部修复区历史遗留矿山生态修复项目进行分析。项目实施后,星云湖水质短期内由劣Ⅴ类优化到Ⅴ类,小流域水土保持和水土涵养效果显著加强,矿山地质环境及农林环境明显改善,对推进历史遗留矿山生态修复和生态文明建设具有重要意义。

The ecological protection and restoration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses in Fuxian Lake Basin-Xingyun Lake runoff area mine environmental treatment and restoration project is the first pilot project for the restoration design of historical mines in Yunnan Province,with the western restoration area having the largest scale and the best implementation benefits.This paper analyzes the ecological restoration projects of historical mines in the western restoration area of Xingyun Lake runoff area from four aspects:environmental characteristics,restoration ideas,restoration layout and restoration measures.After the implementation of the project,the water quality of Xingyun Lake was optimized from inferior V to V in the short term,the effect of soil and water conservation in small watersheds was significantly strengthened,and the geological environment and agroforestry environment of the mine were significantly improved.It is of great significance to promote the ecological restoration and ecological civilization construction of historical mines.
