装配式组合钢模板在通吕泵站流道混凝土施工中的应用

文章对装配式组合钢模板在南通市通吕运河水利枢纽泵站工程进、出水流道混凝土施工中的应用进行分析。因该泵站进水流道渐变缩小段和出水流道喇叭管的形状为不同规格的变径结构,其模板尺寸大、形状复杂,制作与安装成为工程的重点与难点。为保证施工质量与进度,泵站流道变径段混凝土浇筑采用了装配式异形组合式钢模板施工,混凝土表面平整度、线型等得到优化,施工质量优良,施工工期加快,施工方法可为类似泵站工程提供借鉴。

This paper analyzes the application of prefabricated composite steel formwork in the concrete construction of inlet and outlet flow channels of the pumping station project of Tonglv Canal Water Control Project in Nantong City.Because the shape of the inlet flow channel gradually reduced section and the outlet flow channel horn tube of the pumping station is a variable diameter structure with different specifications,the formwork size is large and the shape is complex.Its manufacture and installation become the focus and difficulty of the project.In order to ensure the construction quality and progress,the concrete pouring of the variable diameter section of the flow channel of the pumping station adopts the prefabricated special-shaped composite steel formwork construction.The flatness and line type of the concrete surface are optimized,the construction quality is excellent,and the construction period is accelerated.The construction method can provide reference for similar pumping station projects.
