With the development of the national economy and the rise of the construction industry,in view of the problems of low informatization and industrialization level in the current construction management,the relevant departments of the state vigorously promote BIM technology based on digitization and informatization in the construction industry to optimize the project management plan.Taking a construction project as an example,this paper analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in construction project management in detail,and analyzes the project benefits,so as to promote the efficient application of BIM technology in the refined management of construction industry.
