摘要
文章首先分析了基于传统工艺的地铁车站冷水机房管道设计与施工存在的问题,然后对基于BIM技术的地铁车站冷水机房管道的模型深化设计和工厂化预制、模块化装配施工要点进行分析。通过应用BIM技术,机房安装施工焊接工程量大幅度减少,既提高了施工效率和安装质量,又实现了绿色建造和装配式施工理念,这也是建筑业装配式发展的必然趋势。
This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the design and construction of the pipeline of the water chiller room in the subway station based on the traditional technology,and then analyzes the key points of the model deepening design and factory prefabrication and modular assembly construction of the pipeline of the water chiller room in the subway station based on BIM technology.Through the application of BIM technology,the amount of welding work in the installation construction of the water chiller room is greatly reduced,which not only improves the construction efficiency and installation quality,but also realizes the concept of green construction and assembly construction.it is also the inevitable trend of the assembly development of the construction industry.
