装配式混凝土结构建造技术问题与创新技术研究

Research on Technical Problems and Innovative Technologies in the Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Structures

为有效把控房屋装配建造全过程节点,文章分析当前装配式混凝土结构房屋装配化发展面临的技术问题,创新性地开发预制装配剪力墙体、楼板、楼梯、烟道等装配式建造技术,以期提升我国钢筋混凝土结构房屋装配化技术水平,更好地实现房屋建造过程节能低耗,为促进我国装配式建造技术高质量快速发展,助推“双碳”目标早日实现助力。

In order to effectively control the nodes in the whole process of housing prefabricated construction,this paper analyzes the technical problems faced by the current development of prefabricated concrete structure houses,and innovatively develops prefabricated construction technologies such as prefabricated shear walls,floors,stairs,flues,etc.,in order to improve the technical level of the prefabrication of reinforced concrete structure houses in China,better realize energy conservation and low consumption in the housing construction process,promote the high-quality and rapid development of China's prefabricated construction technology,and promote the early realization of the"double carbon"goal.
