利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者的胰岛功能和心血管指标的影响

Effect of Liraglutide on Islet Function and Cardiovascular Markers in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 评价2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽治疗对于机体胰岛功能以及心血管危险因素的影响。方法选择单县中心医院2021年5月—2022年5月期间接诊的70例2型糖尿病患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例,对照组给予常规降糖药物治疗,观察组给予利拉鲁肽治疗,对比两组干预效果。结果 两组治疗后胰岛功能指标均得到改善,观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、ISI、HOMA-IR低于对照组,HOMA-β高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SBP、DBP、TC、TG、BMI和腰围均改善,且观察组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、BMI、腰围低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病的疗效甚佳,可以改善患者胰岛功能,降低心血管危险因素。

Objective To evaluate the effects of liraglutide therapy on islet function and cardiovascular risk factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Selected 70 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Shan County Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,islet function indexes were improved in both groups,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,ISI and HOMAIR in observation group were lower than those in control group,HOMA-βwas higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cardiovascular SBP,DBP,TC,TG,BMI,and waist circumference in both groups were improved after treatment,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,BMI and waist circumference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can improve the pancreatic function of patients and reduce cardiovascular risk factors.
