格列美脲联合利格列汀用于2型糖尿病合并肥胖治疗的效果评估

Efficacy Evaluation of Glimepiride Combined with Linagliptin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Obesity

目的 探讨采用格列美脲联合利格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月在莱钢集团莱芜矿业有限公司职工医院治疗的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者100例作为研究对象。电脑随机编码后分为参考组和联合组,每组50例。参考组实施格列美脲治疗,联合组实施格列美脲联合利格列汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、血糖水平及治疗不良反应。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后各项血糖水平指标均明显低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 格列美脲联合利格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者具备较高的临床有效性,能够有效改善患者血糖水平,不良反应发生风险较低,具备较高的治疗安全性,临床可根据需要选择应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glimepiride combined with linagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with obesity.Methods A total of 100 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Staff Hospital of Laiwu Mining Co.,Ltd.of Laigang Group from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research object.After random coding,they were divided into reference and combination group with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received glimepiride,and the combination group received glimepiride combined with linagliptin.Treatment response rate,blood glucose level and adverse treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the combination group,all the blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Glimepiride combined with linagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with obesity has high clinical effectiveness,can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,low risk of adverse reactions,with high therapeutic safety,clinical application can be selected as desired.
