个性化健康教育及护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响

Application Effect of Personalized Health Education and Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Patients and Its Influence on Nursing Satisfaction

目的 探究个性化健康教育及护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月期间巨野县人民医院收治的74例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加入个性化健康教育及护理干预。对比观察两组患者的护理满意度、血糖指标及遵医行为。结果 观察组患者的满意度为97.30%,对照组患者的满意度为81.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年糖尿病患者的护理中,加入个性化健康教育及护理干预,能够显著提升患者满意度,改善患者血糖数值,提升患者遵医行为,具有较好的护理收效。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized health education and nursing intervention in diabetic patients and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods 74 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to Juye County People´s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 37 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added personalized health education and nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,blood glucose index and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.30%,and that of patients in the control group was 81.08%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes,adding personalized health education and nursing intervention can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the blood glucose value of patients,improve the behavior of patients with respect to cause,and have better nursing results.
