观察氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗龋源性牙髓炎的治疗价值

Observation on the Therapeutic Value of Calcium Hydroxide Paste Preservation in the Treatment of Carious Pulpitis

目的 探讨对龋源性牙髓炎患者采用氢氧化钙糊剂进行治疗后的临床效果。方法 随机选取2017年1月—2020年12月厦门市海沧医院收治的70例龋源性牙髓炎患者进行治疗研究,随机分为常规组(采用氧化锌丁香油水门汀治疗)和研究组(采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗),各35例。比较两组患者治愈率、咬合功能评分、龈沟液炎症因子水平、改良面部表情评分(FPS-R评分)以及视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)。结果 研究组治愈率(97.14%)高于常规组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.737,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者咬合功能评分、龈沟液炎症因子水平、FPS-R评分及VAS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗方法有效运用,可显著提高患者疾病治愈率,有效改善咬合功能、龈沟液炎症因子水平以及疼痛症状,提升患者总体预后水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste on carious pulpitis patients.Methods Seventy patients with cariogenic pulpitis admitted to Xiamen Haicang Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were random selected for treatment.They were randomly divided into routine group(treated with zinc oxide clove oil cement)and study group(treated with calcium hydroxide paste),with 35 cases in each group.The cure rate,occlusion function score,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor level,modified Faces Pain Scale-revised(FPS-R score)and Visual Analog Score(VAS score)were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the routine group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.737,P<0.05).After treatment,the occlusal function score,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels,FPS-R score,and VAS score of the study group were all lower than those of the routine group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of calcium hydroxide paste vital pulp preservation treatment can significantly improve the cure rate of patients,effectively improve occlusal function,inflammatory factor levels of gingival crevicular fluid and pain symptoms,and improve the overall prognosis of patients.
