腹腔镜卵巢缝合术后应用麒麟丸对保护女性生育力的研究

Study on the Protection of Female Fertility by Qilin Pill after Laparoscopic Ovarian Suture

目的研究腹腔镜卵巢缝合术后应用麒麟丸对女性卵巢功能和妊娠能力的影响。方法方便选取吉林市中心医院妇产科2016年1月—2020年12月确诊并收治的106名拟择期实施腹腔镜手术的卵巢良性肿瘤患者,依照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。两组均采用腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤剔除术并卵巢缝合术,术后对照组给予雌孕激素人工周期干预,观察组术后在对照组的基础上给予麒麟丸口服。对比两组患者术前1 d、术后当日及术后90 d的卵细胞数、卵泡数、窦卵泡数量、卵泡雌激素、雌二醇、黄体生成素、抗苗勒管激素水平、随访1年妊娠率。结果两组术后90 d卵细胞数、卵泡数及窦卵泡数均比术后当日显著提升,且观察组术后90 d卵细胞数、卵泡数及窦卵泡数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后90 d的FSH、E2、LH及AMH水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率81.13%显著高于对照组的50.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢缝合术后应用麒麟丸可显著保护和优化患者的卵巢功能,并促进其妊娠能力的恢复。

Objective To study the effect of Qilin Pill on ovarian function and pregnancy capacity after laparoscopic ovarian suture.Methods 106 ovarian benign tumors patients planned to undergo laparoscopic surgery who were diag⁃nosed and admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Jilin Central Hospital from January 2016 to De⁃cember 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 53 patients in each group.Two groups underwent laparoscopic ovarian tumor removal and ovarian suturing.The control group received artificial cycle intervention with estrogen and progesterone after surgery,while the observation group re⁃ceived oral administration of Qilin pills on the basis of the control group after surgery.Compare the number of oocytes,follicles,antral follicles,follicle estrogen,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,anti Mullerian hormone levels,and 1-year follow-up pregnancy rate between two groups of patients on the day before surgery,the day after surgery,and 90 days after surgery.Results The number of oocytes,follicles,and sinus follicles in the two groups at 90 days after surgery significantly increased compared to the day after surgery,and the number of oocytes,follicles,and sinus follicles in the observation group at 90 days after surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of FSH,E2,LH,and AMH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 90 days after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate of 81.13%in the observation group was significantly higher than 50.94%in the control group,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Qilin Pill after laparoscopic ovarian su⁃ture can significantly protect and optimize the ovarian function of patients and promote the recovery of pregnancy abil⁃ity.
