黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗面部过敏性皮炎的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Huanglian Paste Combined with LED Red and Yellow Light in the Treatment of Facial Allergic Dermatitis

目的分析面部过敏性皮炎应用黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年5月—2021年2月沂水市人民医院经面部过敏性皮炎治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分组,各40例,探究组实施黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗,参比组采取LED红、黄光治疗,分析比对两组患者的治疗效果。结果探究组治疗有效率(95.00%)高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.928,P=0.002)。探究组患者的不良反应(红肿、结节、刺痛)发生率(2.50%)低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.468,P<0.01)。治疗后,探究组皮肤症状评分为(1.11±0.38)分、(1.12±0.32)分、(1.13±0.32)分、(1.12±0.35)分,均低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,探究组角质层屏障功能[水合度、皮脂含量、酸碱度:(19.24±0.45)%、(6.26±0.09)au、(4.41±1.25)au]优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部过敏性皮炎患者应用黄连膏联合LED红、黄光治疗后其角质层屏障功能良好,皮肤症状减轻。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying Huanglian paste combined with LED red and yellow light in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis.Methods 80 patients with facial allergic dermatitis treated at the People's Hospital of Yishui City from May 2020 to February 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.A double blind randomized method was used to group 40 patients,with 40 patients in each group.The exploration group received Huanglian ointment combined with LED red and yellow light treatment,while the reference group received LED red and yellow light treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the exploration group(95.00%)was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.928,P=0.002).The incidence of adverse reactions(redness,swelling,nodules,stabbing pain)in the exploration group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.468,P<0.01).After treatment,the skin symptom scores of the exploration group were(1.11±0.38)points,(1.12±0.32)points,(1.13±0.32)points,and(1.12±0.35)points,all lower than those of the ref⁃erence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stratum corneum barrier function[hydration,sebum content,pH:(19.24±0.45)%,(6.26±0.09)au,(4.41±1.25)au]in the exploration group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with facial allergic dermatitis had good stratum corneum barrier function and reduced skin symptoms after applying Huanglian paste combined with LED red and yellow light treatment.
