冠心病临床护理中新型健康教育护理模式的应用价值研究

Application Value of New Health Education Nursing Model in Clinical Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨新型健康教育护理模式在冠心病临床护理中的应用价值。方法 简单随机选择2019年6月—2021年3月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的冠心病患者90例,按随机数表法分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组采用新型健康教育护理模式。比较两组干预前后自我管理能力、生活质量及干预后心血管不良事件、护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后的自我管理能力(113.57±12.06)分、生活质量(96.13±6.30)分,高于对照组的(93.45±10.12)分、(87.79±8.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.573、5.308,P<0.05)。观察组心血管不良事件发生率为4.44%较对照组的17.78%低,护理满意度为97.78%较对照组的80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050、7.200,P=0.044、0.007)。结论 新型健康教育护理模式应用于冠心病临床护理有可增强患者自我管理能力,改善预后,并提升患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of new health education nursing model in clinical nursing of coronary heart disease.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong Uni⁃versity from June 2019 to March 2021 were simply randomly selected and divided into two groups according to ran⁃dom number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given new health education nursing mode.Self-management ability,quality of life,cardio⁃vascular adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-management ability(113.57±12.06)points and quality of life(96.13±6.30)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(93.45±10.12)points and(87.79±8.45)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.573,5.308,P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.78%),and the nursing satisfaction was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=4.050,7.200,P=0.044,0.007).Conclusion The application of new health education nursing model in clinical nursing of coronary heart disease can enhance patients'self-management ability,improve prognosis,and en⁃hance patient satisfaction.
