针灸结合康复训练治疗对脑卒中患者肩部疼痛及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Shoulder Pain and Quality of Life in Stroke Patients

目的 分析针灸结合康复训练治疗对脑卒中患者肩部疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法 随机选取2019年3月—2021年3月龙岩市博爱医院收治的100例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,经随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)接受康复训练治疗,干预组(n=50)接受针灸结合康复训练治疗。对比两组治疗效果、患侧VAS评分、生活质量评分。结果 干预组总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组76.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029)。与治疗前相比,干预组、对照组治疗后的患侧疼痛VAS评分明显降低,而且干预组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,干预组、对照组治疗后的物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、总体评分均明显提高,而且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者进行治疗时,采用针灸结合康复训练治疗能取得显著疗效,能让患者肩部疼痛程度有效减轻,让生活质量显著提升。

Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on shoulder pain and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods A total of one hundred patients with stroke shoulder-hand syndrome ad⁃mitted to Longyan Bo'ai Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=50)received rehabilitation training,and the intervention group(n=50)received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effect,VAS score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 92.0%,higher than the control group 76.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029).Compared with before treatment,the VAS score of the affected side was significantly decreased in the intervention group and the control group after treatment,and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,material life,social function,psychologi⁃cal function,physical function and overall score of intervention group and control group were significantly improved af⁃ter treatment,and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can achieve significant curative effect,which can effectively re⁃duce the degree of shoulder pain and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
