大学治理视域下的中国大学书院制改革——书院制与学院制协同育人机制探析

摘要 实现大学治理是推进国家治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,也是引导我国大学机构改革的重点,而书院制改革是实现大学治理的重要基础。推行书院制改革要面对书院制定位不准,双院管理模式下学生管理权限模糊,导师制、通识教育等书院制特色难以开展等难题。为实现书院与学院协同育人,就必须找准书院制在我国高校育人模式中的正确定位,在明确书院权限的基础上培养书院自身的文化特质,真正建立双院协同育人机制。 Realizing university governance is an important part of promoting the modernization of national governance capacity and guiding the institutional reform of China s universities.The reform of the academy system is an important foundation for realizing university governance.However,the implementation of the reform of the academy system faces the problems of inaccurate positioning of the academy,ambiguous authority of student management under the dual-institute management model,and difficulties in carrying out the characteristics of the academy system such as mentorship and liberal education.Therefore,to realize the collaborative education between the academy and the college,it is necessary to find the correct positioning of the academy system in the education mode of Chinese universities,cultivate the cultural characteristics of the academy itself on the basis of the clear authority of the academy,and truly realize the establishment of the mechanism of collaborative education between the two academies.
