基于广义随机Petri网的工业设计流程分析

摘要 作为产品设计过程管理研究的重要一环,工业设计流程建模同新产品的开发速度与过程成本有直接关联。针对这一问题,利用广义随机Petri网对工业设计流程进行建模,将设计流程中的执行状态与执行活动分别用库所与变迁表示,对每一变迁赋予一个实施速率,构建出可靠的工作流模型,根据转化规则,将该Petri网模型转换成与之等价的马尔可夫链模型,由马尔可夫链理论求解得到各可达标识的稳态概率,最后利用获得的稳态概率对模型主要性能进行分析,找出其中的冗余过程,为工业设计流程的设计、规划和评价提供支持。 As an important part of product design process management,industrial design process modeling is directly related to the development speed and process cost of new products.To solve this problem,the generalized stochastic Petri net is used to model the industrial design process.The execution state and activities in the design process are represented by the places and transition respectively.Each transition is given an implementation rate,and a reliable workflow model is constructed.According to the transformation rules,the Petri net model is transformed into an equivalent Markov chain model,and the steady-state probability of each reachable identifier is obtained by the Markov chain theory.Finally,the main performance of the model is analyzed by using the obtained steady-state probability,and the redundant process is found,which provides support for the design,planning and evaluation of industrial design process.
