五味子挥发油改善皮肤老化作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取五味子挥发油,考察不同浓度五味子挥发油DPPH·的清除能力及对皮肤衰老过程中透明质酸酶、胶原蛋白酶和弹性蛋白酶的抑制作用,为开发天然植物提取物作为抗衰老添加剂提供理论依据。以抗坏血酸(Vc)和没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)作为阳性对照,经酶标仪测试吸光度,根据公式计算DPPH·清除率和酶抑制率,软件拟合得到IC_(50)值。结果表明,五味子挥发油具有一定的DPPH·清除效果,同时展示出显著的抑制透明质酸酶和弹性蛋白酶能力,IC_(50)值分别为184.586±5.218μg/mL和103.710±4.642μg/mL,甚至高于EGCG,以及良好的抑制胶原蛋白酶效果(366.425±5.904μg/mL)。以上结果表明五味子挥发油在保健品和化妆品行业具有巨大的开发潜力。 The volatile oil of Schisandra chinensis was extracted by steam distillation,and its scavenging capacity on DPPH· and inhibition on hyaluronidase,collagenase and elastase in the process of skin aging were investigated,which provided the theoretical basis for developing extractss of natural plant as anti-aging agents.With ascorbic acid(Vc)and gallic catechin gallate(EGCG)as positive control,absorbance was tested by microplate reader,and then clearance and enzyme inhibition rate were calculated according to the formula,IC_(50) value of software fitting.The results showed that the volatile oil of Schisandra chinensis had a certain DPPH· scavenging effect,and showed significant inhibition of hyaluronidase and elastase,with IC_(50) values of 184.586±5.218μg/mL and 103.710±4.642μg/mL,even higher than EGCG,and good inhibition effect on collagenase(IC50 of 366.425±5.904μg/mL).The above results show that the volatile oil of Schisandra chinensis has great development potential in the health care products and cosmetics industry.
