普通本科高校新能源科学与工程专业教学团队建设研究

摘要 我国高等学校的新能源科学与工程专业与其他传统专业相比设置时间短,专业建设特别是教学团队建设可借鉴经验不足,开展相关研究对于持续提升人才培养质量意义重大。课程建设是专业建设的基础,也是教学团队建设的基本内容,课程建设水平集中体现了教学团队水平的高低。通过以全体专业教师参与的课程建设为抓手、以课程组为组织形式、以专业教研室例会为行动保证进行专业建设,可实现夯实教师专业课程理论基础,服务专业课程教学和科学研究,不断提升人才培养质量。 Compared with other traditional majors,the setting time of new energy science and engineering in Chinese universities is short,and the experience of professional construction,especially teaching team construction,is insufficient.It is of great significance to carry out related research to continuously improve the quality of talents cultivation.Curriculum construction is the basis of professional construction and the basic content of teaching team construction.The level of curriculum construction reflects the level of teaching team.Professional construction is ensured by taking the curriculum construction participated by all professional teachers as the starting point,taking the curriculum group as the organizational form,and taking the regular meeting of the professional teaching and research section as the action guarantee.It can consolidate the theoretical foundation of teachers'professional courses,serve professional course teaching and scientific research,and continuously improve the quality of talent training.
