气相色谱法测定白酒中乙偶姻

Determination of Acetoin in Baijiu by Gas Chromatography

研究建立了一种白酒中检测乙偶姻的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。白酒经过离心过滤后直接进样,通过R2、精密度实验、回收率实验对方法进行了验证。结果表明,该方法满足检测要求,其方法的操作简单方便,结果较为准确可靠。

The study aimed to establish a capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of acetoin in Baijiu.Baijiu was directly injected after centrifugal and filtration.The method was verified by R2,precision experiment and recovery experiment.The results show that the method meets the detection requirements,the operation of the method is simple and convenient,and the results are accurate and reliable.
