摘要
国家禁止酒精企业使用尿素辅料,必须找到一种安全、环保、可代替尿素的营养补充剂。因此,许多生物公司推出了替代尿素的发酵促进剂,本次实验主要验证发酵促进剂是否能达到或超过尿素在酒精发酵过程的使用效果。
Since the use of urea in alcohol production was prohibited,enterprises have to find a safe,environmentally friendly nutritional supplement that can replace urea.Therefore,many biological companies have launched fermentation promoter instead of urea.This experiment is mainly to verify whether the fermentation promoter can reach or exceed the effect which urea achieves in the alcohol fermentation process.
