摘要
采用电催化氧化工艺处理某石化企业煤气化装置含氰废水,并在小试研究的基础上进行了放大规模中试。小试结果表明,电催化氧化工艺处理煤气化装置含氰废水的优化工艺条件为:以国产电极AG-Q-01作为阳极,极板间距1.0 cm,反应时间60 min,电解质NaCl质量浓度10 000 mg/L,电流浓度10 A/L。中试结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,可将总氰(TCN)质量浓度由平均37.0 mg/L降至平均0.57 mg/L,平均TCN去除率高达98.5%。采用电催化氧化工艺处理煤气化装置含氰废水高效稳定,处理成本较低,具有推广价值。
The cyanide-containing wastewater from coal gasification unit in a petrochemical plant was treated by electrocatalytic oxidation process.The pilot test was carried out on the basis of lab experiment.The experimental results show that the optimized process conditions are as follows:using domestic electrode AG-Q-01 as anode,plate spacing 1.0 cm,reaction time 60 min,mass concentration of electrolyte NaCl 10 000 mg/L,current concentration 10 A/L.In the pilot test,the average mass concentration of total cyanide(TCN) can be reduced from 37.0 mg/L to 0.57 mg/L with an average TCN removal rate of 98.5% under optimized process conditions.The electrocatalytic oxidation process for treatment of cyanide containing wastewater from coal gasification unit is efficient and stable with low treatment cost,which is worth popularizing.
