耐温纳米稳泡剂制备及驱油性能评价 被引量:1

Preparation and oil displacement performance evaluation of temperature-resistant nano foam stabilizer

摘要 以Pickering乳液法,制备了一种具有Janus功能的纳米颗粒稳泡剂WP-21,采用激光粒度分析、FTIR、TG方法对所制备的纳米颗粒稳泡剂WP-21进行表征,从泡沫性能、流变性能方面对体系性能进行评价;利用双管并联驱油模型,验证体系的封堵性能,并对驱油机理进行分析。实验结果表明,在0.05~1.00 Hz频率范围内,黏性模量达到31 mN/m、弹性模量达到18 mN/m;125℃条件下,起泡体积达到276 mL,泡沫半衰期为124 min;95℃条件下,高渗岩心最终采收率达到60.30%,低渗岩心最终采收率为27.91%;耐温纳米泡沫体系依靠气泡叠加产生的贾敏效应在高渗层形成有效封堵,使得后续泡沫体系向低渗层流动,少量气泡在小孔隙处发生堆积,起到优异的调驱效果。 A kind of nano-particle foam stabilizer WP-21 with Janus function was prepared by Pickering emulsion method,and characterized by laser particle size analysis,FTIR and TG.The foam property and rheological property of the system were evaluated,the plugging property of the system is verified by using a two-pipe parallel displacement model.The displacement mechanism was also analyzed.The experimental results show that the viscosity modulus reaches 31 mN/m and the elastic modulus reaches 18 mN/m in the frequency range of 0.05-1.00 Hz.At 125 ℃,the foaming volume reaches 276 mL,and the half-life of the foam is 124 min.Under the condition of 95 ℃,the final recovery of high permeability core is 60.30%,and that of low permeability core is 27.91%.It is proved that the temperature-resistant nano foam system can effectively block the high-permeability layer by the Jiamin effect generated by the superposition of bubbles,which makes the subsequent foam system flow to the low-permeability layer and a small number of bubbles accumulate in small pores,thus playing an excellent control and flooding effect.
