锆改性壳聚糖水凝胶对废水中Mn的吸附性能研究

摘要 为研究锆改性壳聚糖对废水中Mn的去除效果及方式,以壳聚糖为原料,金属锆及乙二醛为改性剂,改性得到锆改性壳聚糖水凝胶吸附剂。通过静态吸附和动态吸附实验研究,结果表明,锆改性壳聚糖水凝胶对污水的锰具有较好的吸附除锰性能,在此基础上分别考察了吸附剂投加量、初始溶液pH、锰离子浓度及动态吸附对含锰污水锰的去除率的影响,获得了在不同条件下,锆改性壳聚糖水凝胶对锰离子的去除最佳工艺参数。通过吸附剂动态吸附实验研究,证明生物炭及其改性材料对锰离子吸附效果,锰离子的去除率达到92%。 To study the removal effect and method of manganese in wastewater by zirconium modified chitosan,it is considered that the zirconium modified chitosan hydrogel adsorbent was obtained by using chitosan as raw material,zirconium and glyoxal as modifiers.Through static adsorption and dynamic adsorption experiments,the results show that zirconium modified chitosan hydrogel has good adsorption and manganese removal performance for manganese in sewage.So,the effects of adsorbent dosage,including the initial solution pH,manganese ion concentration and dynamic adsorption on manganese removal rate in manganese containing sewage were investigated respectively.The best process parameters of zirconium modified chitosan hydrogel for manganese ion removal under different conditions were obtained.In the experimental study of dynamic adsorption of adsorbent,it is proved that the adsorption effect of biological carbon and its modified materials on manganese ions is good,and the removal rate of manganese ions reaches 92%.
