丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Butylphthalide Combined with Atorvastatin in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月大冶市人民医院收治的脑梗死患者78例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各39例。对照组采用丁苯酞注射液联合阿托伐他汀片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丁苯酞胶囊口服治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISE)]、神经功能[美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、药物不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);治疗后,两组患者CD-RISE评分高于治疗前,NIHSS评分低于治疗前,研究组CD-RISE评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死患者后,断续服用丁苯酞胶囊可提高患者临床疗效,有效改善患者心理弹性及神经功能,用药安全。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Select seventy-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Daye People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 as the research objects,and divide them into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide injection combined with atorvastatin tablets,and the research group was treated with oral butylphthalide capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,mental resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience sacle(CD-RISE)],neurological function[National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).After treatment,the CD-RISE score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score was lower than that before treatment.The CD-RISE score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:After butylphthalide injection combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction,intermittent administration of butylphthalide capsules can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,effectively improve the psychological flexibility and neurological function of patients,and the medication is safe.
