探讨肩关节镜下肩袖修复术治疗肩袖损伤患者的疗效

Exploring the Curative Effect of Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair in Patients with Rotator Cuff Injury

目的:探讨肩关节镜下肩袖修复术对肩袖损伤患者美国肩肘外科协会(ASES)评分、关节活动度及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2022年2月江南大学附属医院收治的肩袖损伤患者45例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=22)和观察组(n=23)。对照组给予传统小切口肩袖修复术治疗,观察组给予肩关节镜下修复术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、ASES评分、肩关节功能(Constant-Murley)评分、肩关节评分(UCLA)和疼痛评分(VAS)。结果:观察组临床治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03);治疗后,两组患者ASES、Constant-Murley评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者UCLA评分均升高,VAS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组UCLA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论:肩关节镜下修复术治疗肩袖损伤疗效显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者肩关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair on American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES)score,joint range of motion and pain in patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods:From August 2019 to February 2022,45 patients with rotator cuff injuries admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=23).The control group was treated with traditional small incision rotator cuff repair,and the observation group was treated with shoulder arthroscopic repair.The clinical curative effect,ASES score,shoulder joint function(Constant-Murley)score,shoulder joint score(UCLA)and pain score(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).After treatment,the ASES and Constant-Murley scores of the two groups were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the UCLA scores of the two groups were all increased,and the VAS scores were all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UCLA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00).Conclusion:Shoulder arthroscopic repair is effective in the treatment of rotator cuff injury,which can reduce the pain and improve the function of the shoulder joint.
