资生膏治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患儿的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Zisheng Ointment in Treating Children with Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen-stomach Qi Deficiency

目的:分析资生膏治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良(FD)患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年10月广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)儿科收治的脾胃气虚型FD患儿70例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组给予赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予资生膏治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、中医证候积分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);治疗后,两组患儿胃脘痛、上腹饱胀、食欲不振、早饱、反酸、嗳气、纳差、便溏积分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:在脾胃气虚型FD患儿治疗中应用资生膏的可以提高临床疗效,改善临床症状。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Zisheng ointment in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen-stomach qi deficiency.Methods:From December 2021 to October 2022,seventy children with FD of spleenstomach qi deficiency who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenzhen Hospital(Futian)were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the research group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lysine Glucose Granules,and the study group was treated with Zisheng Ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,loss of appetite,early satiety,acid reflux,belching,anorexia,and loose stools in the two groups were all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application of Zisheng ointment in the treatment of FD children with spleen-stomach qi deficiency can improve the clinical curative effect and improve the clinical symptoms.
