摘要
目的:分析龙氏正骨手法联合肌内效贴治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月—2022年5月肇庆市第一人民医院康复医学科门诊及住院病区收治的颈型颈椎病患者82例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组采用放松手法联合龙氏正骨手法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合肌内效贴治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果和颈椎功能恢复情况[颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0343);治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程后,两组患者CASCS评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨手法联合肌内效贴治疗颈型颈椎病效果显著,促进颈椎功能恢复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Long's bone-setting technique combined with intramuscular effect paste on cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of eighty-two patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the department of rehabilitation medicine of Zhaoqing First People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with relaxation technique combined with Long's bone-setting technique,and the study group was treated with intramuscular effect patch on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the recovery of cervical spine function[clinical evaluation scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0343).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,CASCS scores in 2 groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long's bone-setting technique combined with intramuscular effect paste has remarkable effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and promotes the recovery of cervical vertebra function.
