Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of floating acupuncture combined with reperfusion in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process. Methods:From October 2019 to January 2021,sixty patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process admitted to Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional electroacupuncture treatment, and the observation group was given floating needle sweeping technique combined with reperfusion treatment. The treatment effects and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After treatment, the scores of overall health, mental health, social function, physiological function, physiological function, and emotional function in the two groups all increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating acupuncture sweeping manipulation combined with reperfusion scheme is effective in the treatment of patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of radial styloid process, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
