心理护理在寻常型银屑病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:探讨寻常型银屑病患者采用心理护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者66例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理有效率、不良反应发生率、症状自评量表评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010);护理后,观察组恐怖、强迫、焦虑、躯体化、敏感、偏执、人际关系、抑郁、精神病性评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:心理干预寻常型银屑病患者效果显著,可以改善患者负性情绪,减少患者不良反应,可以获取较高护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of sixty-six patients with psoriasis vulgare admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Laiwu Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-three cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,nursing efficiency,incidence of adverse reactions and symptom self-rating scale score were compared between the two groups.Results:Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).After nursing,the scores of phobia,compulsion,anxiety,somatization,sensitivity,paranoia,interpersonal relationship,depression and psychosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Psychological intervention in patients with psoriasis vulgaris significant effect,can improve patients negative emotions,reduce adverse reactions,can obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
