X线钼靶与磁共振成像检查对乳腺疾病的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of X-ray Mammography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Breast Diseases

目的:比较分析乳腺疾病采用X线钼靶与磁共振成像(MRI)检查的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年4月—2021年10月楚雄州人民医院收治的329例乳腺疾病患者的临床资料。所有患者均接受X线钼靶、MIR检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,比较两种检查方法的检查出率,分析X线钼靶与MRI检查的诊断价值。结果:329例乳腺疾病患者均经病理学检查确诊,病灶共379个,其中恶性病灶149个,良性病灶230个。MRI检查检出率为96.04%,X线钼靶检出率81.27%。MRI检查检出率高于X线钼靶检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI对乳腺疾病的检查灵敏度、特异度高于X线钼靶检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI检查乳腺疾病的灵敏度及特异度高于X线钼靶检查,在鉴定患者乳腺疾病良性、恶性病变方面更具优势。

Objective:To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of X-ray mammography and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for breast diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 329 patients with breast diseases admitted to Chuxiong Prefecture People's Hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent X-ray mammography and MIR examination,and the results of pathological examination were regarded as the"gold standard".The detection rate of the two inspection methods was compared,and the diagnostic value of X-ray mammography and MRI examination was analyzed.Results:All 329 patients with breast diseases were confirmed by pathological examination.There were 379 lesions in total,including 149 malignant lesions and 230 benign lesions.The detection rate of MRI examination was 96.04%,and the detection rate of X-ray mammography was 81.27%.The detection rate of MRI examination was higher than that of X-ray mammography examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of MRI for breast diseases were higher than that of X-ray mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of MRI examination for breast diseases is higher than that of X-ray mammography examination,and it has more advantages in identifying benign and malignant lesions of breast diseases in patients.
