精细化管理对消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌的影响

Influence of Fine Management on Disinfection and Sterilization of Surgical Instruments in Disinfection Supply Center

目的:分析精细化管理对消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌的影响。方法:选取2021年6—12月江南大学附属医院消毒供应中心实施常规管理的手术器械60件为对照组,选取2022年1—6月江南大学附属医院消毒供应中心实施精细化管理的手术器械60件为观察组。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施精细化管理。比较两组器械各指标合格情况、器械情况评分、手术室人员器械使用满意度。结果:观察组器械消毒灭菌合格、清洗合格、功能完好合格、包装质量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械外观完整、部件齐全、外观清洁、功能良好评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术室人员器械使用满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用精细化管理对消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌效果理想,可保证手术器械外观完好、功能良好,能提高手术室人员器械使用满意度。

Objective:To analyze the influence of fine management on the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 60 surgical instruments from the Disinfection Supply Center of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from June to December 2021 were selected as the control group for routine management,and 60 surgical instruments from the Disinfection Supply Center of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation group for fine management.The control group implemented routine management and the observation implemented fine management.The qualification of each index,the score of the instrument situation,and the satisfaction of the operating room personnel with the use of the instrument were compared between two groups.Results:The qualification rates of instrument disinfection and sterilization,cleaning,functional integrity,and packaging quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of complete appearance,complete parts,clean appearance and good function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the operating room personnel with the use of the instrument in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine management has ideal effect on the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center,it can ensure the complete appearance and good function of surgical instruments,and improve the satisfaction of operating room personnel with the use of the instruments.
