Research Progress of Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms for Thyroid Nodule

甲状腺结节患病率高,临床上治疗该病的药物剂型众多。对近年来治疗甲状腺结节的药物剂型,如传统的汤剂、散剂、丸剂及现代的颗粒剂、胶囊、片剂、口服液等进行归纳、总结,指出各个剂型治疗特点、临床运用现状及工艺制备的优缺点,同时展望了各剂型发展的前景,为进一步深入研究治疗甲状腺结节的药物剂型提供一定参考。参考文献38篇。

The prevalence rate of thyroid nodule is high,and there are many dosage forms in clinical treatment.This paper summarized the dosage forms in the treatment of thyroid nodule in recent years,such as traditional decoction,powder,pill and modern granule,capsule,tablet and oral liquid,etc.,and pointed out the treatment characteristics,clinical application status and advantages and disadvantages of the technics and preparation of each dosage form.Meanwhile,in this paper,the development prospect of various dosage forms was prospected,and some references were provided for further study of pharmaceutical dosage forms for the treatment of thyroid nodule.There are 38 references in total.
