Research Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Spermatorrhea

从病因病机、辨证分型、治疗方法等方面,总结中医药治疗遗精的研究现状。该病基本病机为禀赋不足、气不摄精,致精关失守,失于闭藏,因虚而精液滑脱不固;或湿热痰瘀之邪内扰精室,开合失度,以致精关失固,精液外泄。临床将遗精分为心火亢盛、湿热下注、脾肾两虚、心肾不交、痰瘀阻滞5种证型论治,常用中药汤剂、针灸、情志干预及中西医结合等多种治疗方案。基本治则为补脾益肾、清热化湿、祛瘀消痰。参考文献30篇。

The research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treatment of spermatorrhea was summarized from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment methods.The basic pathogenesis of this disease is insufficiency of natural endowment,qi failing to control essence,resulting in unconsolidation of essence,failure in the storage and semen slippage due to deficiency.Or dampness-heat,phlegm and stasis obstruct the sperm-chamber,failing to open and close,causing unconsolidation of essence and semen leakage.The clinical treatment of spermatorrhea is mainly divided into five types of syndromes:hyperactivity of heart fire,dampness-heat pouring down,deficiency of spleen and kidney,non-interaction between heart and kidney,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing.TCM decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,emotional intervention means,integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment and other treatment schemes are commonly used.The basic treatment principle includes:invigorating spleen and replenishing kidney,clearing heat and resolving dampness,removing stasis and resolving phlegm.There are 30 references in total.
